Kinect Star Wars also coming to iPhone and Android, as well as Windows Phone…

‘Don’t get excited!’ This isn’t quite whit you thought…

An one savig grace is no dancing like a tit in front of the telly and making Irvin Kershner turn in his grave.

The app aggregates a user’s Facebook and Twitter social network feeds and turns them into the iconic Star Wars crawl that appears at the start of all of the films (the games, the cartoons, the ride, George Lucas’s bank statements, etc).
You can also post to either site, find out more information about the Xbox 360/Kinect game or even order a copy from within the application itself.

So that’s a giant relatively useless ad then…? Apparently in the Android Market/G Play store & iO/s App store today…

Oooo…Star Wars: Battlefront III Images found Inside Another Game Disc. WANT!!

Some people over at Beta Games have uncovered hidden Star Wars Battlefront 3 images hidden inside the Operation Raccoon City disc… damn those images look awesome. Love the imperial shuttle parked in the cave. Oh to play those secenes!

Only questions is Lucasfilm, where the bloody hell is this game!?

Hyped for the best part of a year and more, April 3rd sees the USA/UK/EUR (AUS/JPN/ASIA April 5th) release of Kinect Star Wars. With an amazing looking console and a bit of Dash Rendars ship, and other small story titbits, including a dancing Boba Fett (yes you did read thact correctly) this is going to be if nothing…interesting!

Kinect Star Wars gets an R2-D2 And C3P-O themed console… $450 Ouch!

With R2-D2 sounds when you turn it on or open the tray and “Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi, you’re my only hope” inscribed on the disc tray this is I think taking it too far…and at $450 USD (if you can find this) I think vastly overkill for an overhyped game. Star Wars at E3: First Real Video of ‘Kinect Star Wars’… Just me, or does this look a bit pants?

With possibly the most overdone trailer I have seen in a while, (Yes we get that you are seling us being in the game) the briefly seen in the past Kinect Star Wars venture looms closer…

Star Wars fans, prepare to connect with The Force in a kinectic way. On Monday, Microsoft Studios and LucasArts will formally announce the first Star Wars video game for Kinect, Microsoft’s hands-free, your-body-is-the-controller playing experience for the Xbox 360. Simply called Kinect Star Wars, the game is intended for all ages and will hit stores this winter. Microsoft will preview the game this at E3 (aka the Electronic Entertainment Expo), the video game industry’s annual confab at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Since they live in 1903 and have a non embeddable video you’ll have to visit thier site to check out the trailer for a peek at the game and the gameplay.

Look I’m whinging, but again Lucasfilm WTF is it with Entertainment Weekly Exclusives? Anyone?

New Lego Star Wars III Clone Wars Trailer, and nearly every other one besides…

A new trailer hits the tubes for this game today but sadly only at (god knows why man) EW.com of all places. ‘Cos thats where Star Wars and Lego fans y’know want to hang out all day? Wait and see it’ll only get ripped and be on YouTube in five minutes unofficially…

Anyhoo, not a great deal in the trailer that wasn’t in the previous one further below, but worth a watch.

Insanely addictive! Lego Star Wars III Clone Wars Site goes live…

The Star Wars lego site went live at the weekend and it’s bloody impressive!

Effectively a game in it’s own right, the design and experience is possibly the best I have ever seen on a gaming site. About an hour later, I was still on it, be warned it’s highly addictive!

As a hint, remember to fuly utilise a certain astromech when playing… 8D

Endor Downloadable Content

Continue the adventures of Starkiller on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 as he heads to the forest moon Endor to strike a blow to the Rebellion. Only $1USD coming in December. (Other countries are sadly bound to be exempt from this cheap deal!-please leave a commnet or let us know what this ends up for you in your countries)

Following the Dark Side ending of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, Starkiller returns with his over-the-top Force powers and embarks on a mission ordered by Lord Vader. The Rebellion has arrived on Endor, and the Empire needs the remaining members eliminated. As the Evil Apprentice, players will make their way to the shield generator by taking on Rebels, Ewoks, and Stormtroopers who fight without knowing the powerful Force-wielder is coming to destroy the last remnants of the Empire’s greatest enemy.

The long-time Star Wars gamer will not want to be without the historical and legendary characters included in the new Character Pack for The Force Unleashed II. You might recognise a few of our friends in the screenshots you see – but none are greater warriors than one of them.
